What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of caregivers, ensuring exceptional support for individuals with disabilities.
• Manage hiring, training, schedules, and smooth daily program operations.
• Provide hands-on assistance when needed—meals, medication administration, personal care.
• Support independence and community engagement through outings, work, and activities.
• Model compassion, teamwork, and accountability for your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example.
