Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is eager to develop leadership skills, take on new challenges, and grow within the company. The Assistant Manager works closely with the General Manager and franchise leadership to oversee the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant.

Key responsibilities include ensuring operational standards are consistently met, managing inventory, training and developing team members, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Required skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, including up to 6 hours at a time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong delegation, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the training, development, and performance of employees in accordance with company standards and the direction of the General Manager and franchise leadership.
• Ensure company operational standards and procedures are consistently implemented and maintained at the highest level.
• Assist the General Manager with the oversight and coordination of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both guests and team members.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and help minimize waste and operational costs.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to promote strong performance and professional growth.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality products and exceptional service at every visit.
