For Primary Care Coverage, Ambulatory only, Department of Medicine NBI Description of Work Assignment Primary Care Provider Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days Monday – Friday, 40 hours/weekly Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours Full time M-F, 40 hours, 2 sessions daily On call? No Patient Load 18-22 patients daily Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) BC Is there additional support staff? Practice is staffed Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Other providers in Dept of Medicine, Nisha Kumar (Med Director) Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them? Yes, not responsible Trauma Level of Work Location Ambulatory only EMR System? EPIC Is the Clinic EMR Different from the Hospital EMR?
