If you’ve ever felt like you were meant for more, you just found your people. What You'll Do Deliver powerful, data-driven ABA services to ignite change and get results. Assess with precision and purpose: Conduct insightful screenings and evaluations that uncover each child’s unique needs. Administer and interpret standardized assessments to identify behavioral deficits. Design Plans of Care that become roadmaps for progress and independence. Lead and mentor your ABA team of BCaBAs and RBTs, because leadership is part of the therapy. Guide families with knowledge, empathy, and tools they can use daily. Track and assess progress that leads to meaningful success and celebrated milestones. Work side-by-side with a team that sees the whole child, not just the behavior. Choose from outpatient settings in Owensboro, Henderson, or telehealth delivery. We Want You If... A graduate of an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) University program or equivalent coursework. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred— or currently eligible to begin fieldwork. Fieldwork trainees are encouraged to apply — supervision is paid and provided at no cost to you. Licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky. Able to balance efficiency with clinical effectiveness in documentation, treatment, and supervision.
