Clinical Pharmacy Technician
Medicine Journal
The Medicine Journal is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Technician to support ED med reconciliation and home medication therapy processing. You will collect clinical data, interview patients about their home medications, and verify information across external systems and retail pharmacies. You will then transfer medication data to the hospital computer system for the care team to access. You will perform data entry and report setup in hospital software, assist with aseptic IV admixtures, med #J-18808-Ljbffr
