Commonwealth Fusion Systems seeks an Onboarding Coordinator to drive a superior employee experience during onboarding. You will manage pre-onboarding logistics, new hire arrivals, and system provisioning across UKG, Docebo, Envoy, and Slack. You’ll lead facility tours, coordinate multi-day onboarding schedules, and provide training progress tracking while partnering with IT, HR, and facilities.
