Social Media Marketing Manager

Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with brand positioning and target audience Own end-to-end KOL campaign management: outreach, contract negotiation, briefing, content approval, and performance tracking Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, ensuring timely communication, deliverable schedules, and payment coordination Coordinate cross-functionally with PR, product, and legal teams to ensure KOL content is compliant and on-brand Measure and report KOL campaign ROI (engagement, reach, conversions, sentiment) and refine partnership strategy based on results Maintain a KOL database/CRM tracking relationship status, past collaborations, and performance history Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives, including editorial calendars and campaign planning Create and curate content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform and audience Manage community engagement - responding to comments, DMs, and fostering follower relationships Typical Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with prior KOL/influencer management experience strongly preferred Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and communication skills - critical given the elevated KOL focus #J-18808-Ljbffr Norvoc Bioscience
