Field Technician

What you'll do:

• Perform scheduled service, maintenance, and repair work based on work orders or service requests

• Diagnose issues and implementappropriate solutionsin the field

• Complete service documentation accurately andin a timely manner

• Communicate with customers and internal teamsregardingservice status and findings

• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for service calls

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards

• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions

• Support scheduling and coordination of service activities as needed

• Performadditionalduties asrequired

What you'll bring:

• Experience in service, maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Good communicationand customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and field service operations

• Experience with building products such as doors, windows, or similar systems

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Experience working in customer-facing or field-based roles

• Ability to work in field, construction, warehouse, or outdoor environments

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day

• Ability to lift and move materials asrequired

• Ability to workextended hours based on business needs

• Ability totravel between job sites and locationsifrequired
