Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing specialized speech-language therapy services in a school setting, this contract position is designed for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with experience in telespeech and teletherapy.

Location: Columbus, GA
Duration: August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027 (including potential pre/post planning days)
Schedule: Full-time, minimum 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across the district, with caseload assignments tailored based on each therapist’s expertise and preferences.
• Complete detailed daily service logs to ensure documentation and compliance with district requirements.
• Engage with district staff during the interview to determine appropriate student age groups and placements.
• Provide services either onsite or virtually depending on district needs and therapist experience.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Georgia Educator Certification for SLP.
• Proven experience delivering virtual speech therapy services within schools.
• Strong organizational skills for managing caseload and maintaining thorough documentation.
• Comfortable working full-time hours with a commitment to ongoing communication and collaboration with district personnel.
