Embroidery Machine Operator
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team as an Embroidery Machine Operator. No prior embroidery experience is required. We provide hands-on training and are happy to teach the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying organized, and being part of a team, you'll do great in this role.
Operate embroidery machines to decorate apparel and gear
Follow work orders and instructions to ensure accuracy
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Help maintain machines (cleaning, oiling, and general upkeep)
Keep your workspace clean and organized
Communicate with team members and managers to keep work flowing smoothly
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take direction
Dependable and punctual
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature can vary)
No experience needed we train you
Consistent daytime schedule (no nights or weekends)
Hands-on, active work (not stuck behind a desk)
