Senior Manager, Group Implementation

Your Role The Senior Manager, Group Implementation, leads a team of Implementation Consultants and Specialists responsible for the successful onboarding of groups with ASO, Shared Advantage, and Fully Insured funding types across Commercial Markets. The Senior Manager enables, streamlines, and continuously improves the implementation process through simplification, automation, and AI to facilitate a high-quality experience that drives growth and retention. This position reports to the Senior Director, Group Implementation and is external facing, interacting frequently with senior leadership, sales and account executives across organizations, and leadership from all functional areas within Blue Shield of California. This role requires a strong compass for cross-department alignment, centered on what is best for our customers, and balancing team workload and capacity to succeed in this critical function.
