Content Manager

Job Description Position: Junior Content Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Remote: 100% Remote (Anywhere in the US) Company: caa (national media company) Key Responsibilities Own 1-2 editorial projects across print, digital, video, and events. Connect with and schedule 5+ executive interviews per week with CEOs, government leaders, and industry experts. Conduct interviews and lead conversations. Research companies, markets, and trends to shape compelling content. Write, edit, and refine articles, newsletters, and press releases. Support social media, AI‑assisted content creation, and conference/media outreach. Requirements 2‑3 years of experience in editorial, PR, marketing, or related field. Confidence on the phone with senior executives. Strong writing and editing skills. Organized, accurate, and detail‑oriented. Comfortable with AI tools. Genuine interest in business, economics, and US markets. Compensation & Benefits $40,000‑$52,000 base salary (OTE $45,000‑$55,000). Medical, dental, vision insurance. 401(k) plan.
