As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Tue 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sat 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Sun 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive facility by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive facility buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, access points, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements. Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
