As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet technology as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM Sun 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location. Respond to incidents, vehicle-related concerns, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor access according to site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
