About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, analysis, and core accounting functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, and contributing to business insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Perform account reconciliations including bank and balance sheet accounts
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide variance explanations
• Manage Accounts Payable processes and related reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
• Maintain and prepare weekly cash flow reports
• Maintaining organized AP documentation, support records, and accurate processing of 1099s annually
• Prepare and schedule payments via check, ACH, Credit Card, or wire transfer
• Managing AP approval workflows
• Manage and execute the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Liaison for Billing specialists' team on contracts termination and activation
• Insurance COI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with financial statements and month-end close
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
