Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service. Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
