Customer & Field Support Representative

International Purchasing Specialist Milwaukee Valve Company is looking for an International Purchasing Specialist to join our New Berlin, WI team in Department 650. All offers of employment by Milwaukee Valve Company, LLC. are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment test(s), and background check, all with acceptable results. Applicants are responsible scheduling and completing the required pre-employment requirement testing within 7 calendar days of offer acceptance. Established in 1901, Milwaukee Valve manufactures valves for a variety of industries including Industrial, Commercial, Fire Protection, Marine and the dry bulk hauling industries. Our products have been installed on every U.S. Navy ship built for the last 50 years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - includes the following: Promptly answers calls and emails regarding order status, order inquiry, and pricing from customers, sales representatives, and field sales managers. Enters and audits customer orders to ensure orders are entered and priced correctly, to avoid potential material returns and price related deductions, which are costly to the organization. Expedites shipments of customer orders. Supports field sales team by communicating updates of customer pricing both standard profile and job to pricing department. Creates return goods authorizations. Other duties may be assigned on a project basis. Practices and implements CPR (Courtesy, Professionalism and Respect) daily to both internal and external customers. Supervisory Responsibilities - This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Must be able to differentiate and remember different product numbers and prices. And must be able to juggle multiple projects and determine priority of workload.
