Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics (remote)

This role will focus on tracking and reporting key product performance metrics through automated dashboards and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate is analytically driven, tech-savvy, and excited to translate complex data into actionable business insights. While the preferred candidate will work in a hybrid capacity out of our Bloomington, MN or Columbia City, IN locations, we do have flexibility for this role to be fully remote. What you will do Build and maintain dashboards that track product performance, sales trends, customer usage, and other key KPIs. Support the automation of recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, sales) to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy. Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support business questions and ad hoc analyses. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines or dashboard performance to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Translate insights into clear visualizations and presentations for stakeholders across the organization. Assist in documenting dashboard logic, data definitions, and reporting processes. Support the business transition of data sources. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
