Customer Service Representative (Temporary) - Ravenel, SC

Pay: $17.00/hour

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment. This position supports daily office operations and plays a key role in delivering excellent service to customers.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
Enter and update order details, assignments, and customer records in company systems
Provide accurate information regarding pricing, services, and delivery timelines
Respond promptly to questions, requests, and concerns
Maintain organized files and ensure customer records are up to date
Handle general office tasks such as typing, filing, and document preparation
Prepare paperwork in advance of auction operations and ensure all approvals are secured
Support coworkers with various administrative or clerical duties as needed

Schedule & Workplace Expectations:

Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 60-minute lunch break
Strong reliability is required-attendance and punctuality are closely monitored
Office dress code is business casual (jeans permitted; no inappropriate or unprofessional clothing)
All absences or late arrivals must be reported to Express first, followed by a phone call to the office (text messages are not permitted)
