Join Our Mission to Empower and Transform Lives As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for direct supervision of HR Generalist(s) and for oversite of the Human Resources function for programs and organizations as assigned. Ability to be a team member and thought leader. High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization; or equivalent education and experience Supervisory experience required. Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
