Team of 5 people. The contractor will work closely with a key team member and be part of a collaborative, supportive environment. Team members are expected to work independently while receiving training and guidance as needed. Employees are encouraged to ask questions and take ownership of their work.


Can you tell me about this position and the day-to-day activities?
Heavy data entry responsibilities within the SAFE database system. Responsibilities include entering information related to deals, air dates, and other broadcast data. Additional projects may involve Excel work such as creating uploads and helping build launch lists.

Essential


- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated basic skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
• Effectively administer output deals for a number of designated territories.
• Input and track EST licenses, price product, process deals internally using SAFE database (or new systems as they become available) and obtain deal approvals.
• Liaise with team management in assisting them with queries/needs that arise. Send legally binding notices ( TV EMA reports) to clients per contractual obligations.
• Ensure all contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
• Research rights and confirm eligibility of product for inclusion into TV deals.
• Liaise with domestic and international television divisions regarding territory availability dates.
• Work closely with Distribution to ensure timely delivery of product and ensure coordination between Sales, Finance and Distribution on permissible shipping dates for new sales.
• Maintain specific territory airdate tracking grids.
• Assist on ad hoc projects and perform other related duties as requested by Management and provide support to sales administration colleagues.
• Create and process international and domestic EST sales licensing reports as well as other reports as needed.
