Welcome Home Mortgage is hiring experienced mortgage loan officers to join our team!

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at Welcome Home Mortgage, you’ll help clients achieve their dream of homeownership by guiding them through the loan process from start to finish. You’ll manage your own pipeline, build strong relationships, and deliver an unmatched experience backed by our industry-leading platform and support.

What You’ll Bring (Your Skills)

• Active NMLS license

• Proven experience in the mortgage industry

• Established book of business

• Knowledge of FHA and conventional loans

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Comfort using loan origination systems and technology

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellent customer service

Experience

Applicants are required to have prior experience in the industry, an active NMLS license, and a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

Loan officers are responsible for generating new business, qualifying customers, and making it happen for the customer from start to finish.
