Sales AssistantWe are seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team in a fast-paced apparel and production environment. This position helps manage customer orders, prepare quotes, coordinate order details, and communicate with internal departments to ensure orders move smoothly from sale through production.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and sales support to Account Executives and the Sales Team

• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and customer orders

• Enter and update orders accurately in the company system

• Confirm garment styles, colors, sizes, quantities, pricing, and customer deadlines

• Communicate with customers regarding order details, approvals, changes, and status updates

• Coordinate with the Art, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping departments

• Follow up on artwork approvals, purchase orders, deposits, and other information needed to move orders into production

• Assist with sourcing apparel and promotional products for customers

• Check product availability and communicate potential inventory or backorder issues

• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and order information

• Help Account Executives stay organized with open orders and upcoming deadlines

• Prepare samples and sales materials for customer meetings

• Assist with customer pickups and completed orders when needed

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email

• Help resolve order questions and issues in a professional and timely manner

• Perform additional sales and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous sales support, customer service, administrative, or order-entry experience preferred

• Experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or manufacturing is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines at the same time

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong computer and data-entry skills

• Professional and customer-focused attitude
