Digital Enablement Manager - ServiceNow Modernization

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst - ServiceNow to join their team. As a Business/Systems Analyst - ServiceNow, you will be part of the Digital Enablement team supporting ServiceNow modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business/Systems Analyst - ServiceNow What's the Job? Lead ServiceNow modernization initiatives, ensuring successful transition of modules and workflows. Oversee digital enablement activities, including defining, developing, and executing resources to support platform adoption. Coordinate with technical, product, risk, legal, and security teams to ensure alignment on platform transformation. Develop and execute communication strategies to promote awareness and adoption across user groups. Design and implement training programs tailored to ServiceNow modules, fulfillment processes, and new digital workflows. What's Needed? Minimum five years of experience with digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption initiatives. Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, and Request/Workflow Management. Experience leading modernization or migration efforts within large enterprise environments. Ability to create compelling communications and educational content.
