Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to support our insurance office and help create a welcoming, professional experience for everyone who calls or visits. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent one-day-per-week position , with the option to pick up additional afternoon hours during the week. Friday availability from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM is required. Additional Monday-Thursday hours are completely optional. No insurance experience or licensing is required. What You'll Do: Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls Listen to customer needs and direct calls to the appropriate team member Take accurate messages and communicate information to the team Assist with basic front-office and administrative tasks as needed Help maintain an organized, welcoming office environment What We're Looking For: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong verbal communication and listening skills Dependable and punctual with excellent attention to detail Comfortable answering phones and directing multiple customer requests Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Schedule: The required schedule for this position is Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM . Team members may also have the opportunity to work additional hours Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM, depending on their availability.
