Job Summary The Mid‑Level Plumbing Engineer/Designer serves to focus primarily on the design of building‑related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software. Responsibilities Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings Participate in the development of system design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings Complete specification writing/editing Complete code compliance research Coordinate work with other disciplines Site survey to determine and document existing conditions Provide construction administration services Qualifications 3+ years of experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred) LEED certification/experience; PE/EIT preferred Familiar with codes, standards and design guidelines Excellent work ethic and attitude Location: Austin, TX Travel: Limited travel is required The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
