Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical TherapistWe're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.Familiarity with EMR systems; experience with Empower (AI transcription + dictation) is preferred.New graduates are acceptable for the Physical Therapist role.Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus available; relocation details are negotiable.Benefits:Employer-paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement with a 3% employer match.PTOSick timeContinuing education allowance approximately $500 per year.Role Overview:Positions: Physical Therapist (PT) and Clinic Director.Location: New outpatient clinic opening this year on the other side of Roseville, CA.Reason for opening: Growth and expansion. Strong patient demand is already established.Patient population: Ages 5+ through 90+. Mix of orthopedic conditions including hip, back, neck, shoulder, knee, and foot issues.Visit structure: 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. 1:1 patient care model.Technology:EMR System: Empower with AI transcription and dictation.Location HighlightsRoseville, CA offers outdoor recreation, shopping, and dining options near the Sierra Nevada foothills.
