Responsibilities Gather and analyze data, develop financial planning recommendations, implementation, and portfolio management. Profile clients to identify investment and lending needs and coordinate the delivery of investment, fiduciary, and lending solutions to satisfy those needs. Assist the FA/FA team to implement a defined asset allocation and investment strategy. Offer investment ideas based on firm research, team guidelines, and asset allocation strategies tailored to the risk profile and investment objectives of their clients. May act as a primary relationship officer for the accounts that are assigned to them by the FA/FA Team. What you have 2 years’ experience in financial planning role Bachelor's Degree Professional Licenses: CFP, Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) Must obtain insurance license within 12 months of hire Completion of relevant training as determined by Janney Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with financial planning, client relationship management (CRM), and portfolio management software Detail oriented Strong time management skills to support the overall goals of the team Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Critical thinking skills High ethical standards Benefits Paid Parental Leave Generous Paid Time Off Eligibility for a $2,000 referral bonus Professional Development Assistance Plan designed to help you make the most of your life at work and at home - today and in the future.
