Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant - Specialty Rental - Deer Park As a Staff Accountant, your mission is to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial accuracy across the organization. This individual will take initiative, perform in-depth analysis, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive operational excellence in finance. You will report to the Finance Manager. You will: Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and completeness Prepare and analyzeinternal financial reports to support business decisions Conduct regular reviews of general ledger and balance sheet transactions Perform job costing analysis and track profitability Maintain fixed asset and inventory recordsin accordance with accounting standards Handle daily cash applications, ACH transactions, and check processing Provide support on ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requests To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don\'t meet every single requirement.
