We’re growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Groundskeeper to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing: Keep It Clean: Walk the property throughout the day to pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and presentable. Apartment Turn Support: Assist the make-ready process by removing trash and remaining items from vacant units and disposing of them appropriately. Maintain Trash Areas: Clean and organize trash storage zones and manage trash/recycling containers—pulling them out and returning them per the pickup schedule. Resident Communication: Help with distributing notices and flyers to residents as needed to support community communication and operations. Team Support: Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.
