Maintenance Technician
$27 - $35 per hourHiFyve
Job Title
Shift: 2nd shift, 4:30 PM12:30 AM
On-call: Rotating weekends
Pay: $27$35/hr, with the sweet spot at $29$30/hr
Bonus: Monthly production bonus averaging roughly +$1/hr on top of base wage.
What We Actually Need
Think general Industrial Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic with electrical ability not an automation guru or master electrician.
The candidate should have:
- General industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with basic high-voltage motors
- Enough electrical troubleshooting ability to handle routine issues
- Strong basic mechanical maintenance
- Ability to replace/swap gearboxes
- Ability to replace conveyor belts / troubleshoot conveyors
- Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs)
- Ability to independently troubleshoot breakdowns and keep production running
- Comfortable working 2nd shift + rotating weekend on-call
