Receive comprehensive benefits through our clientupon hire!Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Mechanic in food manufacturing, you’ll install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in compliance with all safety protocols and machine safety standards. We’re looking for hands-on, physically capable individuals with solid experience in mechanical systems.Perform repairs and maintenance on all equipment, from basic to complex, to uphold company quality standardsDiagnose and analyze equipment failures and malfunctions using technical manuals and documentationCreate sketches and drawings of parts requiring repair or replacement using appropriate technical toolsIdentify and evaluate new spare parts, technologies, and mechanisms to improve equipment performanceEstimate costs for spare parts and repair services based on technical requirementsLocation: University Park, IL**Schedule/Shift Details: **Openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts!First shift starts between 6AM-9AMSecond shift starts between 3PM-5PMThird shift starts between 11PM-1AM - Overtime as neededQualifications:4+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic requiredExperience in food manufacturing preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong collaboration and teamwork abilitiesAbility to read and write in EnglishDemonstrated proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshootingWorking knowledge of safety standards and regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematicsBasic familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems requiredBenefits:401(k) with company matchDental, vision, and health insurancePaid time offEmployee referral programWhy choose Integrity Trade Services?At ITS, we offer our employees a competitive salary paid weekly and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Interested?
