On the Acute Care Oncology unit, the Oncology RN Coordinator leads care on a 30+ bed medical oncology floor supporting patients across the cancer continuum-including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, benign hematology, and select general medicine-alongside oncologists, APPs, and palliative care. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse Supervisor Oncology (Nights) provides night-shift leadership for RNs, CNAs, and support staff; drives education, competency, and policy adherence; optimizes staffing and resources; and advances research, safety, and performance improvement while collaborating with pharmacy, case management, PT/OT, social work, and palliative care.
