Schedule : Monday-Wednesday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Atlanta 30329
Age Range : Adult

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Patient 2

Schedule : Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 7:00am-8:00pm

Location/Setting: Atlanta 30341
Age Range : Child

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Patient 3

Schedule : Friday/Saturday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Atlanta 30329
Age Range : Infant

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent (prior pediatrics T/V experience preferred)

Patient 4

Schedule : Tuesday-Thursday 9:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting: Atlanta 30319
Age Range : Infant

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Patient 5

Schedule : Friday/Saturday 7:00am-7:00pm

Location/Setting: Atlanta 30329
Age Range : Adult

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
