For more information, visit WPP.com.About the roleWe’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our Amsterdam studio, someone with sharp creative instincts, a strong point of view and the craft to turn ambitious brand ideas into meaningful consumer experiences.You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of global CPG/FMCG brands spanning sectors such as drinks and alcohol, food and confectionery, coffee, home and personal care, beauty and wellbeing and other everyday consumer categories. Depending on your experience and the needs of the studio, you’ll be resourced to the projects where your expertise can make the greatest impact.This is a hands-on role, taking ideas from initial exploration through to final delivery. You’ll help shape distinctive brand worlds across identity, packaging, campaigns, retail, digital, experiential and beyond, thinking holistically about how a brand looks, feels and behaves wherever people encounter it. Reporting to a Design Director, you’ll work closely with strategists, writers, client leaders, production teams and other creatives to create work that is both strategically grounded and beautifully crafted.About you You’re an accomplished designer with proven experience in CPG/FMCG brand building and a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, distinctive design craft and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints. You understand that great brand design goes beyond the pack, and can create connected, compelling work across packaging, identity, campaigns, retail, digital and experiential.You’re confident moving between big-picture thinking and the detail of execution, with the ability to develop a visual idea, evolve a design system and maintain consistency through to delivery. You can articulate your thinking clearly, present work with confidence and respond positively to collaboration and feedback.Curious, generous and creatively ambitious, you’ll enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and contributing to a positive studio culture.
