Manager of Advanced Analytics

To shape and deliver a robust analytics strategy, the full-time remote Manager of Advanced Analytics will manage the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, build advanced BI capabilities, and enable actionable insights across various healthcare operations. Key responsibilities Lead the development of scalable analytics solutions and BI dashboards using tools such as Databricks and Power BI Partner with business units to identify analytical opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions Mentor analysts and engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field 6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or mentorship role Expertise with modern data stacks including Databricks, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python Strong understanding of value-based care analytics and healthcare datasets such as HCC and HEDIS Experience in managing quality improvement initiatives and translating complex data into actionable insights
