Compensation
Pay Range :$53.90 - 77.00 Per HR


The role involves overseeing access management controls and leading IAM compliance projects.
The position is remote and requires extensive experience in identity and access management, preferably within a financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will utilize generic technology tools to ensure effective IAM governance and operational improvements.

Description
Assist in creating and completing access management controls, including access certification campaigns.
Research, analyze, and document data, requirements, and workflows related to Identity & Access Management.
Develop and evaluate information to prepare recommendations for decision-making.
Provide leadership for IAM compliance and strategic projects.
Act as a liaison to business and technical stakeholders for IAM capabilities and governance.
Ensure IAM operations follow governance structures and maintain a strong security posture.
Facilitate translation of business needs to improve existing IAM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis and leadership across stakeholders supporting IAM controls and audits.
Maintain security posture through proactive reviews and design improvements for access violations.
Engage stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities and services.
Support stakeholders to evaluate and update access for users and privileged users.
Analyze and document requirements for various IAM domains.

Qualifications
8 years of experience with transformational initiatives in an IT environment.
8 years of experience in an Identity and Access Management function.
Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking skills.
Experience interpreting business technology requirements and creating IT solutions.
Advanced skill in maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and communication.
