Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required
- Proof of current CPR certification - Required
- Current driver's license - Required
- Reliable transportation and insurance - Required
- Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs and establish a Plan of Care (POC).
- Document and revise clinical records, including progress notes and phone orders.
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional mobility and safety.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients on skills and techniques for daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control procedures in all patient care activities.

Compliance / Notes
- Must meet mandatory continuing education requirements of the licensing board.
- Flexibility in schedule and local travel is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing.
