The Role

We're looking for a motivated, results-driven  Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our Irvine team. In this role, you'll drive growth by building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their aesthetic goals, and guiding them toward treatments and packages that deliver real results. This is a great fit for someone with a passion for aesthetics, a natural ability to connect with people, and a drive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, warm, and knowledgeable manner
• Drive sales through consultative selling, treatment recommendations, upselling, and package closing
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and retention
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new services, promotions, and membership programs
• Conduct follow-up outreach to prospective and lapsed clients
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity documentation
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English — written and spoken, required
• Proven experience in med spa, aesthetics, or luxury wellness sales strongly preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software a plus
• On-site in Irvine, CA

Compensation

• $4,000–$8,000/month DOE + Benefits (dental, health, vision)

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
