Maintenance Director

Maintenance Director Job Summary: At Grand Villa Assisted Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our assisted living facility, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Maintenance Director is a critical role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Must have 3 years in Assisted Living or Healthcare. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and deferred maintenance projects Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects Supervise and direct maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources Identify and address potential safety hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve processes and services Requirements: Maintenance Director experience preferred Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and vendors Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required What We Offer: [TO BE FILLED IN LATER] #J-18808-Ljbffr Grand Villa Assisted Living
