- CPE Health Tools experience - Scope, Edge Health (modem/testing tools)
- Hands-on RF troubleshooting (DCAM and/or VIAVI meters)
- Coax experience - fittings, signal troubleshooting, cable runs
- Rack and stack experience
- Jira (ticketing system)
- Confluence (documentation)
- Volt meter and general troubleshooting meter proficiency
- Ability to climb a 10-12 foot ladder
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fully on-site, hands-on environment
- Understanding of how building infrastructure works (cabling, power, signal flow)
