Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of PT experience
• Long term care or rehab experience
• Oklahoma State License

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• 35 guaranteed work hours is omitted
• No weekend requirement
• 13-week assignment

Ada, Oklahoma offers a small-city setting with access to notable regional attractions.
