Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor – Morning Shift

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM
Position: Part-Time
Company Vehicle: Provided for use while working
Benefits: Health insurance is not available for this part-time position

Advance Cleaning Contractors is seeking a dependable, professional Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, support employees, and help ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

This is a hands-on supervisory position. The right person will be comfortable working with people, solving problems, inspecting work, communicating with customers and employees, and stepping in to assist with cleaning when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Visit and inspect assigned customer locations
• Supervise, support, and communicate with janitorial employees
• Ensure employees are following cleaning specifications and customer expectations
• Address quality concerns and follow up on deficiencies
• Help train new and existing employees on proper cleaning procedures
• Deliver supplies and equipment to customer locations as needed
• Assist with employee coverage and operational issues
• Maintain professional communication with customers and management
• Complete basic reports and communicate issues to management
• Perform janitorial work when necessary to support the team
• Maintain and properly care for company vehicles, equipment, and supplies
• Lead by example and treat employees and customers with respect

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Janitorial, custodial, maintenance, or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Strong people and communication skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining a respectful work environment
• Able to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
• Must be able to pass required pre-employment screening
• Must be able to perform physical janitorial duties, including walking, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment
• Must be able to meet customer-specific PPE and appearance requirements when required
