Registry Specialist / Office Clerk
Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a motivated Registry Specialist / Office Clerk to join our growing team! Temporary and permanent positions available.
The Registry Specialist ensures smooth and accurate processing of vehicle registrations and titling.
Core job responsibilities include:
- Verifies and prepares all required documents for vehicle registration.
- Ensures compliance with all state Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) rules.
- Faxes documents to corresponding insurance companies for stamping.
- Processes registrations and makes copies of completed paperwork.
- Prepares documents from the previous day for submission to the RMV for titling.
- Organizes and files all required documents in each deal folder.
- Maintains inventory of license plates, registration cards, and plate stickers.
- Serves as a backup receptionist, answering a multi-line phone system as needed.

Automotive dealership experience a plus but not required.
