Responsibilities

• AP Operations & Leadership: Supervise daily accounts payable functions, ensuring the timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.

• Data Integrity: Oversee data entry of vendor invoices into the company’s ERP system ( Jonas Premier ), upholding exceptionally high accuracy standards.

• Reconciliations: Perform detailed accounts payable transaction reconciliations with monthly statements to ensure financial data accuracy.

• Subcontractor & Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with multiple project locations regarding weekly subcontractor payroll; prepare weekly check runs, materials, and sub-payroll.

• Compliance & Compliance Records: Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and company policies. Update and maintain vendor statuses, including tracking COIs (Certificates of Insurance) and W-9s .

• Dispute Resolution: Manage and nurture relationships with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.

• Reporting: Update and maintain various tracking spreadsheets via Google Sheets.
