Business Operations Associate We’re looking for an early‑career business operations associate to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This position is an early‑career training program focused on sales and sales operations, designed to become a jack of all trades who deeply understands our business model, with responsibilities in sales and customer success. Responsibilities Train and develop into a successful Account Executive, mastering all aspects of the sales role. Build and maintain deep relationships with customers and providers, matching supply and demand. Price quote orders big and small, and ensure facilities/providers remain market‑competitive. Source and onboard new providers for underserved markets and waste streams. Understand and improve our software, including our AI models. Required Skills & Experience Hardworking self‑starter with a “trader mindset” and a passion for salesmanship. Based in San Francisco, able to work from the office 4 days a week; willing to work EST hours at least two days a week, starting at 7 AM. Early‑career role: ideal for graduates with 1–3 years of full‑time work experience. Preferred previous experience as a broker or middleman, sales and trading, or customer success for complex products. Strong drive, flexibility, and agility to learn and scale. Technical proficiency; quick to learn new tools. High attention to detail and trainable to new processes. Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic; expect 50–60 hour weeks during ramp‑up.
