Our client is a long-tenured, nationally recognized staffing and solutions provider with an expanding solutions business.

We're hiring a Market Director to lead the DC federal market, drive growth, and lead a tenured team supporting federal clients and partners.

What You Will Do

Own growth strategy and execution for a federal-only staffing market
Drive new client development and expand existing federal relationships
Lead a tenured team; set expectations, coach performance, and ensure delivery quality
Navigate contract vehicles, program changes, and project volatility common in federal work
Build senior relationships across federal stakeholders and system integrators
Partner internally to expand both staffing and solutions/SOW opportunities where applicable

What We're Looking For

Proven staffing sales leadership (player/coach) with measurable wins
Experience in federal staffing strongly preferred (clearance/program familiarity a plus)
Strong client-facing presence; can operate at executive levels
Comfortable in environments with shifting programs xhyhwjd and high accountability
Can lead from the front: prospecting + strategy + team leadership

Required Skills

Federal staffing sales, leadership, stakeholder management, program/account growth

Base $175K–$225K + upside
