Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant – B2B Sales Recruiting

Job Summary

ThreePDS is recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services organization seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support the recruitment of mid- to senior-level B2B sales professionals within its Health & Benefits business.

The ideal candidate combines agency recruiting experience with professional services expertise and a proven track record of successfully recruiting experienced sales professionals.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting position requiring strong sourcing capabilities, strategic hiring manager partnerships, and the ability to attract and engage high-performing sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for experienced B2B sales professionals, sales consultants, and business development professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, ATS/CRM platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized sales positions.
• Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications, industry experience, and business requirements.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, interviewing, and offer strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate engagement, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage AI and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing efficiency and hiring outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience combined with professional services recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting experienced B2B sales professionals.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems, and recruiting technology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within insurance, employee benefits, or Health & Benefits consulting.
• Experience hiring sales producers, business development executives, or senior sales consultants.
• Knowledge of professional services sales environments.
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools.

Work Schedule

This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite in a Chicago office.
