Program Manager - Business Process Modeling

We are seeking a Program Manager over Process Improvement to support multiple ongoing initiatives and improve business processes across the organization. The team is currently using Sharepoint as a documentation tool and need a improved process. This person will work cross functionally to capture current-state workflows, translate discussions into clear process maps/flowcharts using BPM tools such as SAP Signavio and ensure processes are well-documented and easily accessible. They will lead initiatives end to end, including process documentation, root cause analysis, solution design, implementation planning, and performance measurement, while collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels. This role also involves leveraging technology to automate manual processes, configuring and optimizing systems, developing tools and applications, and ensuring successful rollout of enhancements. xhyhwjd The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and has a strong focus on change management/continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience with Business Process Mapping and Modeling (BPMN processes and SAP Signavio)

-Ability to work cross functionally and translate business discussion into clear process flow

-Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously

-Process driven mindset

-Experience working in large, enterprise environments

Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hour

this is a 6-month contract
