Senior Project Manager

The Role This is a full-ownership PM position — not a coordinator role with a PM title. You will carry a portfolio of active projects from award through final invoicing, be directly accountable for margin performance and client outcomes, and operate with minimal hand-holding. What You'll Own Schedule and deadline ownership across national rollouts, GC programs, government contracts, and local brand programs Scope control and change order management — you catch creep before it becomes a margin problem Budget and margin performance tracking, with accountability to KPIs: on-time delivery, cost variance, and client satisfaction Client communication: you run the status calls, you answer the hard questions, you maintain the relationshipAccurate, real-time documentation within our ERP and project management systems Mentorship of junior PMs as the team scales You’re the Right Candidate If: You have 5+ years of project management experience in signage, construction, manufacturing, or a closely adjacent field You've managed national brand rollouts or multi‑location programs — you know what it means to track 30 signs across 8 markets simultaneously You communicate proactively: clients and stakeholders hear from you before they have to ask You use systems — ERPs, PM platforms, spreadsheets — as tools, not obstacles You're comfortable owning a P&L line and defending margin decisions Experience with permitting workflows, AHJ coordination, or vendor scheduling is a meaningful plus Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience Monthly performance bonuses tied to margin targets, on-time delivery, and project KPIs — high performers earn significantly above base Full benefits package: medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company holidays Direct access to senior leadership and a clear path for growth as the company scales Why This Role, Why Now Blink Signs is in a deliberate growth phase.
